That and I’ve got a bit of a cold FF. jovialgnome was saying yesturday, that occasionally it’s not a bad idea to put in a shorter run. I thought today should be the day. Hopefully feel more like it next week.
If I'm training I must admit I have a cutback week every 4 or 5 weeks. If you have a cold it was wise to cut back.
