Progress again. Really weird how different it felt from yesterday. I think it has something to do with the time of day. Morning runs are better. Runs before medication are better. Runs on empty (ish) stomachs are better.

Good leg turnover today and held pace well. Can quite push it beyond 9 minute mile pace though. Pleased with the progress though.
