Tricky one to classify but slightly faster than marathon target pace is probably more tempo than anything else. Shoulder good, tiny grumbles from the residue of bruising but nothing from the joint itself, though I still wouldn't try running with a race pack. Christened new shoes. Need to tweak the lacing a bit I think.
