Nice easy ride, HR low on the way out with a following breeze, higher on the way back with a head breeze and carrying green groceries.

Yes, they did, so I thought I had better go slowly so as not to give them a shock :-p The HR was lower than most of my recent walks despite moving over 3 times as fast!
