1 oggi mi sono alzato prima per WC poi riaddormentato e devo dire stata dura ma poi la voglia รจ venuta
2 anche perche oggi non c era tanto in programma e un po di allunghi fanno sempre bene
3 trovo come sempre in questo periodo Francesco preciso e manca sempre Graziella ma ci sono altri e poi si festeggia alla fine il PB al bar gambe benino
