Kirkcaldy parkrun. Only managed 21.03 but actually I've been high 21s recently so maybe that is an improvement? I'm sure I did mid or low 19 here the only other time?! Very windy day however. Certainly gave it my all. It was Kirkcaldy's 4th birthday, so coffee and cakes after. Nice to see Susan McL. Had forgotten some of my kit, so had to run in the Inov-8 racers! :-O They do feel good though! :-) G
