Lots of disruption due to road works and diversions so I repeatedly missed my bus connections and therefore kept walking on.

Mmm miles 6 and 7 were a higher HR, do you feel ok?
I was carrying the shopping from the supermarket and was initially walking slightly quicker to catch a bus until I found yet another set of roadworks causing a major traffic holdup so then I dawdled.
The high Maximum HR in the 9th lap was because my final bus arrived while I was still 20m from the stop. The driver waited for me so I walked quickly to the bus - you can see the HR spike at 6.3 miles on the HR graph.
