Three Things You Saw Today

1 oggi si doveva si voleva e ancora di piu ma alla fine mi hanno dato buca un po tutti e quindi cosa ci resta da fare ??
2 correre e anche se le gambe non erano al meglio di nuovo pesantezza e legnosita ci do dentro con tutto
3 quello che ho ed in effetti non mi posso lamentare vedo una media ben al di sotto del 5 che non vedevo davvero da tempo in allenemento mi sa che sto benino.
