Lunch time amble. Was lovely out. Blue skies, not much wind, bright sun and frost and ice in places -4C? So v cold, but put on all my layers (shorts though, obv, it's not Chicago!) and had to zip down jacket and take off hat, gloves and buff typically in about 1.5 mile! Lots of smiley people out along canal. And loads of runners. I usually see 4 or 5 but must have been 20 plus! Don't know if a club decided to go there or something. Nothing discernible. Nice to see lots of folk out though.
