Valentina's late 8pm Pilates class. I do very much enjoy it. And I felt it in core and glutes. Not keen on back stuff though. It might be beneficial but it always feels risky. Right knee still clicky, throbby, achey. Must put bag of peas on. And hope Jade N will have some suggestions to protect.
