Bit of foam roller and stretch before body pump. Was prob 20 mins. Forget to start watch some times!

Right knee is still clicking. I'm hoping that body pump and Pilates will help, but I've got PT booked with Jade Nimmo next week to see if she can suggest any specific strengthening to help. I bet it will be single leg squats and lunges maybe some variation on these - raised, Russian etc. :-) G
