Genuinely a best effort. 25s quicker than 2 weeks ago, but still waaaay off where I want to be. Oh well. It will improve. Nice to see KJT and his crew, and OC Doug and the Scottish 50 parkrunners. Went out steady but just couldn't pick it up. Bit of a headwind, and soggy underfoot, but that doesn't really affect things. Had a good chat in last half mile with lady I had passed who then caught me back. I encouraged her to push on. I could poss have got 5s more if I hadn't but really not much. So, just need to keep it all going. Then went up to Lomonds for nearly 6 to cheer on Devils Burden Kinross runners. :-) G
