Friday run from Simons

First mile is round the nature reserve and I ran with Terry and Georgina, then worked my way up to catch Simon

Then just ran evenly up to 4miles before deciding to put some effort in for the last 3/4 mile and catch George, which I did. A good last six minutes of effort which had the Garmin starting with an 8!!
