A wee lunch time run as half of a double day! First time in ages. Was going to do morning commute in and back. But bottled the morning commute, so did lunch instead. Will train to Dalmeny, then 5 miles to car? Nice to jog along canal, bumped into Astrid who I lunched with yesterday. Was trying to get HR down to 140, not sure if I managed at any point! :-) G
