Hard work.
Longish warm up followed by learning the punch moves.
Then on to the moves themselves with gloves & pads. Being on the pads is a workout in itself.
Again, my choreography isn't up to much, so I had a habit of switching hands on each set (from left-left-right-left to right-right-left-right) whereas I think you're supposed to stay on one hand. My brain doesn't think like that.
Nasty finisher of wall sit with 2-handed vertical punches for a (very long) minute.
