Is running defined by a certain speed?!? So if you're not fast enough are you not a runner?!? 😉
I know you’re a speedy runner though. I know it’s tricky. Sometimes I run with my dog and the we are pausing quite a lot to sniff trees (her not me) or whatever and the ov. erall run becomes quite slow.
It was a bit of a tongue in cheek comment .Ha ha re the trees. While I am injured at the moment and so cannot run at usual pace, I do sometimes run with my 9 or 6 year old kids which is often slower than walking!! So you can't always tell purely on the pace of a single activity.
