Chilly and dark late afternoon run. Felt slow but felt so good. Knee stiffened up after 7 miles or so, I don't know if that is a reaction to jarring it on Thursday or the fact it was cold. December and still running in shorts

The weather has been kind so far this year
It certainly has but I don't let the weather put me off though
