Well that was good! A run with the club KRR. I saw an FB post that they were doing head torch run round Lochore. Ideal, and I was able to run at back at easy pace and they were good about stopping to let everyone regroup. I ran with Allan K for a bit at end so that was a bit quicker. Felt better at the end than the start, which is always good! :-) G
