Notes & Comments

Not a good run at all. With Jim being over, I'm getting very little quality sleep at the moment.

So, having been woken up again last night and then up at 4am, I felt really lousy on this run. I felt as if I had flu. It was horrid.

Things weren't helped by the weather being very mild and then Jim giving up just before 4m.

I'm desperate for some sleep ahead of Saturday's race.
