Notes & Comments

Oxford parkrun

Up at 4am in order to get the train in time to get to Oxford in time to get to parkrun. Heavy rain beforehand so the course was muddy and quite slippery as quite a lot of it was on grass. 2 small laps of a playing field plus 2 large laps of the park on grass, path and sandy path with puddles. Not a great run but another venue ticked off. I was quite knackered. Got overtaken by third placed lady right at the end.
