Bedford Half Marathon

Didn’t feel that great for the first few miles. Quite a Criss and headwind.
Started with Sarah King but let her go. Took a gel about 6miles in. Pushed on up the final big hill to 8/9 miles and tried to pick it up for the final few downhill miles. Finished crossing the line with Sarah.
