I felt alright after helping at yesterday's Jingle Mile, so I went for a very slow gentle walk on a bright but very breezy day.
I frequently checked my HR to make sure there wasn't anything untoward. A bit disappointed it crept up into the 80s - I was obviously moving too quickly!
