I felt alright after helping at yesterday's Jingle Mile, so I went for a very slow gentle walk on a bright but very breezy day.
I frequently checked my HR to make sure there wasn't anything untoward. A bit disappointed it crept up into the 80s - I was obviously moving too quickly!

2) 1m - 22:59(22:59/m) 74/83bpm 36cal 2.61/3.1mph
3) 1m - 22:49(22:49/m) 76/84bpm 35cal 2.63/3.63mph Had a short sit down rest on the Green

I think it was pretty heroic of you to 'work'at the Jingle mile yesterday now I've actually read about what you went through. Have an easy, sready return to fitness.
The "work" was good therapy getting me out of the house, relaxing, meeting and chatting to people, and temporarily forgetting about matters
