Too tired to go to last night's club interval training, and this morning I was too stiff and achy to do my own so I compromised and eventually got out to do some fartleks.
Garmin played up - yet again! It turned itself off at 2.5 miles and therefore missed one of the sprint sections. It also decided that one of the sprints was at 7:52 pace!

I think our Garmins are related, mine has played up since it got drenched at parkrun a few months back and my other doesn't hold its charge. I hope your tiredness, stiffness and aches soon disappear. Recover well and enjoy Abingdon.
