Notes & Comments

I had a fantastic night-time run. So good! I lost about 3 minutes trying to get my malt loaf bar out of my pocket (don't ask), but apart from that (and that feeling like you really need the toilet) everything was awesome. I set out to do 20 miles, and I felt good, so I carried on for a bit, then it was getting on for 4 hours, and so I did an extra 15 minutes. My next-but-one race is a six-hour event and so I've now done two-thirds of that. At night :)

Sunday: I didn't sleep well and I woke up early. Left knee, left hip and groin felt sore and awkward at various times during the day. Better to keep moving, I think.
