Oxford half marathon
Had to take it a bit slower as im now 5 weeks pregnant!
Legs felt a but heavy, tried to keep a slower pace and ignored HR monitior instead going by maintaining a 4-6 word sentance (ability to talk it!!)
Glad I did it, felt hardish with a high HR but breathing felt comfortable which was encouraging.

Exciting that this is the bumps first 1/2 marathon!!!
