Physio at K Hosp with Canadian Simon.
I asked him to sign me off because -
I'm running as much as I want - just 5km per week.
I'm cycling loads this month - 8 hours per week because of the Croydon move.
I need to keep up the squats at home and weekly gym sessions for knee strength.
He advised to add walking squats and a balance on one foot and lean down with kettle bells if I want to run on uneven ground.
