Good long run with CurlyK.

Synced meeting on Peakirk Road after a mile than ran all the way to 9 bridges together, the 8 mile point. Decided to increase it from 10 to 11 miles as felt OK and ran 10 miles last week

Increased pace in last mile to ensure I was inside pacer pace!!
