Kept being woken up in the night by the wind, so I thought I may as well go for an early run in the dark.

It was a recovery cum tempo run, if such a thing exists. My legs were still a bit stiff and aching after Sunday's Harvest Trail Half, so the 1st mile was an easy warm up, the middle 3 at a not very quick tempo pace, and the last mile was a cool down across fields, still in the dark. Legs felt alright at the end :-).

Obvious where the wind was behind me in the 4th mile :-).
