Thursday run with Springburn Harriers.
Steady run in the rain. Myself, Mick McG, Big Matt Stan, Young Jack, Stew Rob, Jill C, Postie Col.
Up Auchinairn Rd, past Lethan Dr, cut onto the footpath running parallel with Letham and a housing estate out to Wester Cleddens Rd. Back onto another footpath along Crosshill Rd past Harper Collins and Aviva etc. At that point Mick cut short as he is just getting back to fitness.
Crossed Kirky Rd and cut down onto the canal at Cawder Bridge, along the canal for 800 metres to the Leisuredrome. Around Stirling Dr, Toftill Ave and through the park, to the cross.
Myself, Matt and Jack continues along Kirky Rd to the cross at Colston lights, Auchinairn Rd and back to Huntershill.
Heavy drizzle and dark now. Pace nice and steady. Like a drowned rat at the end.
