OHP: 12@12kg, 12@14.5kg, 8/8/8@17kg.
Wide presses: 12@24kg, 12@26kg, 12@28kg, I feel as if I own that weight now.
Deadlifts: 8@36kg, 8@40kg, 8@42kg, 8@44kg, 8@46kg. Decided that was enough increments for one day, but I'll have my current bodyweight (49kg) next week.
