We were so close, unlucky, it was literally the last 6/700m. We eased right back after the first 400m. Leave it now while you turn your attention to the long runs. It was still your best this year, second best ever and your PB is at least two years old
I'll revisit it after Nottingham. All my attention is now on a successful half marathon!
