Not bad after this morning's 39 miles cycling, and no running since last Sunday :-). I didn't make any particularly big effort.
Jog to the retail park to get some drops, then on the 4 lamps roundabout to get the bus home.

1) 1m - 9:49(9:49/m) 129/137bpm 79cal 6.11/9.17mph
2) 1m - 9:36(9:36/m) 136/140bpm 81cal 6.25/8.13mph
3) 1m - 10:07(10:07/m) 131/135bpm 72cal 5.93/7.02mph
4) 1m - 10:41(10:42/m) 130/136bpm 76cal 5.61/7.22mph into headwind and I felt a bit tired.
Stopped at Boots at 4.75 miles, then ran along the river for the bus.

That's a very straight road between miles 1 and 3 :-)

It's the Guided Busway, built on the route of the former railway line, which if you zoom in you can see it curve to meet the existing railway line just south of Cambridge North station. When you have zoomed in, you'll see that I must have been drunk (actually it was the Garmin that was drunk ;-)) while running along the Busway! In fact, after my stop at 4.75 miles, the Garmin trace goes way off the actual route I ran!

Lol so it does and zooming in I saw you went for a swim too ;-)

You didn't know I was a triathlete, did you? :-p
