Sleaford Striders summer 10k race.

Picked up my 'training' and not 'race' shoes in error but still happy with the time.
Started off and it quickly opened up around me, not crowded at all. Within 1k I was passed by 2 Boston runners and another runner passed me at 2k. I caught a runner just before 5k and Jake from Boston with .8k to go. With about 150m to go I passed another runner. On the whole I ran alone with no-one around me. I can run quicker I'm sure.
