Pie & Peas trail 5 - legs a bit sore and stiff from yesterday... Had no idea what sort of shape I was in, so pretty happy with the time - just over a minute slower than last year. Walked a bit of the steep hill as I felt my heart rate was getting a bit high. 3rd LV50.
