In Spain, roasting by the end.

Started ok as the sun was only just up. Final hour back along the sea front was real hot going.
Rob and the girls met me at about 14 miles, 17 and 20 to refill my water.
Had a wyldsson tube before I started then a gel about 9 miles in but just needed fluid after that.
Drank about 2 litres during the run.
