Well, faster than usual lunch plod. Very hot, Tempe reporting over 38C (though on top of foot in direct sunlight).
No pain anywhere today, gremlin must be on holiday (and given what I've done the last day or so, strengthens my feeling that the occasional right heel pain is from tension in calf and plantar fascia).
