Test run for next Saturday's Littleport 10k race. Today was 22C with 47% humidity, next Sunday is forecast to be warmer with greater humidity, and I'm probably neither fit nor healthy enough to cope with that.

Nice to see training recorded on two feet and not two wheels, I'm sure you'll be sensible next Saturday
I like my cycling, not as much as I love running, but I do very much enjoy it :-p. I'm not making a decision about the race now, I'm waiting to see what the weather actually is on Sunday, plus I've got time for 2 more training runs (although they'll be in 25-29C temperature :-() before then. I may well decide on Sunday morning ;-).
