Curls: 10/10/10 @ 6kg each side.
Narrow presses: 8/8/8 @ 23kg.
Wide presses: 12/12/12 @ 20.5kg.
SLR: 12/12/12 @ 2kg dumbbells.
All spaced by dishcloth-knitting.
