Just had a notion of trying to get my upper body adapted again. Long recoveries (knitting a dishcloth!), no fuckarounding with abs and stuff between sets.
Curls: 10/10/10 @ 5.5kg each side.
Narrow presses: 8/8/8 @ 22kg.
Wide presses: 10/10/8 @ 20kg.
SLRs: 10/10/10 with 2kg dumbbells.
I thought I was being conservative with the weights, but most of those ended up being to exhaustion. I'll need help to turn the shower on in the morning.
