Hit start a bit late - actually 20:49. Sounds slow and rubbish but actually quite enjoyed it! Wasn't feeling up for it but went anyway. Started 30 or 40 back and moved forward steadily. Best bit was seeing wee Ferg Ross running so well. Dad Andy was pacing for 21:00 and Ferg was with him until half way then from 2 miles dropped off. I kept trying to encourage him but eventually left him, but he was 21:1x so less than 10s outside PB. My WAVA was just a squeak over 70%, which is at least progress. But given I should be at 75% WAVA plus, hmmm...

So little running at mo, Sunday I went to RC car club again and didn't run at all. Friday I thought about run after work then gym, but just didn't feel like it. Had there been a 6 or 7pm Pilates, I'd have done that, but 7.30 Pilates I just didn't want to be home that late. Saw Mum on Sunday and watch bits of Wimbledon. Managed to avoid whole of football world cup. Really not interested. German Grand Prix next weekend but same time as Scottish Off Road Champs round with Dunfermline District RC Club hosting. I still haven't got car going and def won't be racing next weekend, but hopefully will at least start practicing. Great fun! :-) G
