Notes & Comments

Felt rubbish this morning as I returned to the Lapta coastal path. Only got about 4 hours sleep and I am lacking carbs.

Plodded the first lap and decided I'd do a 2nd lap, but I was really sluggish and sweating buckets.

Didn't enjoy this and will be glad to run in the UK next (which happens to be a very hot marathon from the sound of things, but it can't be as bad as this.....surely?)
