Notes & Comments

Woke up late following a bad night's sleep and didn't get out until 6am.

Then decided to run up the hill, thinking I would get to Igaz, but hit a dead end after a mile and had to turn back. Ended up going all the way down the hill to Alsancak and then looping back to come all the way up again.

Very slow, very hot but not that hard today.

Bad news was that my abdomen kicked in after about 6 miles when I coughed. It was quite sore.
