Notes & Comments

Now in TRNC on a week's holiday and was out on my first morning for a ropey effort that I didn't enjoy.

This year we are staying in Malatya near Alsancak and we're up a big hill that I had to run down and then run back up (although I ran out of mileage to get back to the top).

Couldn't get going at all and didn't like the heat or the terrain.
