MEDIUM LONG RUN - Aimed for a progressive run along the canal. Easy effort to Kibworth Road bridge and then a bit faster on the way back.

Weird HR reading in mile 5 which was an easy mile but then settled down to what I would expect was normal.

The pace and HR on the way back wasn't that high and it was only the heat making the run in any way tough.
