Notes & Comments

Supposed to be recovery pace, but I got carried away a bit, which really has to stop. HR a bit higher than I'd expect though, which might be a sign of overtraining, tiredness, dehydration, warm weather or all of the above. Possibly accentuated by the bad gut day yesterday and the bad night's sleep from the night before last? I dreamed I sleepwalked to a churchyard, where a pair of red eyes came out of the mist. I cried out, but as they descended on me, I fell into a deeply blissful state... just checking to see if anyone is actually reading this :-)
