Nice lunch time run. Weather is just amazing at the moment! Cooler in the morning, but all sun by lunch time and folk sun bathing in the parks etc. I've found that if I wiggle around enough (well described Corrah!) then I can make up 4 miles plus staying on green stuff - Bruntsfield Links and Meadows. I even got my shoes off for a mile or so in the Meadows to get some barefoot in! Great chat for a few mins with Anna Banana, recently returned from 3 days, 33 miles, 3 countries running in the alps. By herself, just going from hut to hut. She's quite amazing! Brig Bash tonight (Wed 4 July) isn't going to be pretty, but maybe I can "race myself fit"?! One can but hope! :-) G
