Wee lunch time run down the canal. Nice. Cooler today 19C? Apparently while we were away it was 28C or higher? Right knee very clicky. Some concern about right calf or Achilles. Right hamstring also tight. Maybe just from Big Mile exertions on Saturday. Hopefully will all settle down. :-) G
