Katypie's mile, me pacing.

I was planning on doing less than 100%, so this seemed ideal. But I blew it by then doing next mile heat too and giving 101%!

Not sure why I've been so off it lately. Sunday was lovely weather, just didn't bother running. Could say was being sensible post race, but actually was just enjoying sitting about. And Friday I shopped for a TV and mower and cut the grass, in preference to running. It was MrsS(rrr)'s bday so that's partly why, spent time with her, but being honest, I just didn't want to enough. I could have gone early or later. Anyway, I don't mind if this is me now just doing easy, running, not much structure etc. But then I won't be surprised that marathons and shorter races are rubbish. You don't get owt for nowt! :-) G
