Lovely run tried to do a mini TeeBee special with warm up warm down and intervals although I was going for progressive rather than 6mm :-o

Still rubbish at predicting speed I was doing 10mm when I was excited on the first burst and struggling for 11mm when I was trying to speed up, not helped by some ill timed slopes

After a brief hiatus I settled back into a steady cool down

Felt great, calves still tight but it’s the hip and ankle I’m worried about and they weren’t bothered :-)
