Nice wee lunch time run. Right knee really weird. Bit of pain, under cap, but main symptom is this really loose clicking, when I turn or sometimes as I lift it or put weight on. Anyway, hopefully will subside. Great to be out. Love Bruntsfield Links and Meadows.

No bodypump Monday as we went to a show - Flight of the Conchords at SSE Hydro in Glasgow. Brilliant fun. Nice birthday present. :-) G
